Albuquerque Metro and Rio Rancho Renters and Home Buyers targeted By Scam Artists
Albuquerque and Rio Rancho Home Buyers and Renters have been targeted by scammers.As Mike Daniels of KOB TV reports, “A crook is targeting people down on their luck and desperate to find a place to call home. In some cases, the victims have been duped out of hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars by this online scam.”.
This is preposterous. I hope they catch this crook and prosecute him to the full extent of the Law. The Residents of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho do not deserve this kind treatment.

To All Residents of of New Mexico…If you contact a someone online with the intention to buy a home, if they do not offer to meet you at their office, do not do any business with them. You want to meet them in person, have them give you their business card. Anything short of that…do not do any business with them. Remember also,that Realtors get paid at Closing…Buyers
