Albuquerque Real Estate Market Update
September 2011
The Albquerque Real Estate Market saw a downward tick for single-family detached homes in the month of September – In comparison to the month of August…there were 179 homes less on the market, a 6% decrease from August, and an overall 5% decrease when compared to six months ago. Whereas the pending sales were comparable for both August and September, there was a 22% decrease in the number of closed transactions. The overall decrease for the six month period is 12%
