Rio Rancho Real Estate Market Update

The City of Rio Rancho Real Estate Market also experienced a downward tick for single-family detached homes in the month of September – In comparison to the month of August…there were 22 homes less on the market, a 3% decrease from August, and an overall 6% decrease when compared to six months ago. In terms of pending sales there was a 28% increase from the month of August, while there was a 1.8% increase over the six month period. Closed sales however was a different story…there was a 33% decrease chen compared to the month of August, but a 3% decline for the six month period.
